how in the world do I order stuff for PWA

Dear people,

I read the book 'makers diet' before and I just gave up way to soon on it. I purchased now the book PWA and I am really happy about it because it is alot easier for me to understand than MD. Also I like this website and the chance to get help.

I'm not completly done reading the book yet and because I will be going to a festival for two weeks and after that on vacation for two weeks.. I decided to start in september. Just a week after my studies are starting again.

I wonder if and why I would need extra mulitivitamines while I will start going to eat and live really healthy. The 'organic' ones I had turned out to be syntetic. Also have I questions why - if it is called the makers diet to begin with - we would need supplements to begin with. Is it just because our system might need an extra boost for the years we ate toxins? Is it really nescesarry to also take that fatburner? And yes..then the perfect snacks.. they seem so nice. I reconize that in my naturesupermarket those bars have sugar in them from nature sources.. but still sugar. and also half of the food has whatever not good for you in it..

And now it also turns out that I have taken the wrong multivitamines and now I'm not sure about the 'greens' I'm have been taking.

I don't live in america, I live in the netherlands. (europe) it was already hard to translate every product into a product simulair availeble over here.. we don't have 'red pototoes' availeble for example. Is it possible to order from 'garden of life' at all if you want it to be delivered in europe. And what are the prices of these supplements and snacks anyway.

But.. if the prices would be to high or it would just not be availeble to me.. are there some guidlelines to find out what I could use instead.. or can I go without.. extra vitimanis and perfect cleanse etc.. ( I mean.. I do have 'colon cleanse' just fibre..)

oke alot of questions.

why supplements and snackbars..

how to get those..

12 hour day shifts and the cleanse

I will begin my journey in the beginning of April. I have read the cleanse guidelines/directions and I really don't forsee any major problems with it but one. I am a nurse and I work 12 hour day shifts. I get home from my days after 7pm that is when my shift ends. Also the day Jordan describes begins at 7:30 am. I am already one hour into my shift and have been up approximately 2 hours for the day. From what I can see 3 days a week I will be UNABLE to begin eating at 7:30 am and stop eating by 7pm. Many days when I get home I am hungry because it has been 5 or more hours since I have eaten. I don't know how or if I can flex this program to work for me. Any suggestions?

Confused about snacks

Since snacks are listed in the breakfast, lunch & dinner selections, can I choose one of them for a meal? I noted when choosing the apple snack for dinner that the receipe is for 1 (2 cups apples) but the portion size is 3.5. I am confused. What is it trying to tell me?

Also, many of menus are for more than 1 person. Is there a tool on the website that will change the menu from say 6 servings to 1 serving?

work too many hours a day w/o enough energy

I was wondering if anyone could give me any suggestions on how to plan my eating better?? i work 2 jobs- one from 8-3pm then from 4- 11pm- so im getting home late and im usually still hungry when i get home. Also becasue my second job is bartending/ waitressing i don't usually get the chance to eat "dinner" at a decent time - so then at the end of the night im picking on whatever is around!! if anyone has any kind of idea how toget around the odd hours of being at work and not being able to eat properly i would really appreciate it!! Thank you, Jackie

"use leftovers" tab - how does it work?

I click the "use leftovers" tab that is on the Meal Planner page... nothing happens. Have you figured out what it's for and how to use it?

What ARE we supposed to do with leftovers? For example, the tuna with flaxseed cracker recipe tells me it makes 2 servings and I'm supposed to eat 1.25 portions. Uh huh, and what about the leftovers? No plans for them. Just supposed to throw it away? At today's prices?!? LOL not.

Thanks,
