I got the PWA book for free at a health food store. I LOVE it! I actually picked up my first cleanse (whole body cleanse) the day I got the book, so I am doing it and eating mostly raw, cutting dairy, beef, pork, white flour, sugar, etc. I am on day 3. I am reading the book and getting very excited, although overwhelmed, too. I would like any advice on how to do all of this on a limited budget while caring for/homeschooling five children (ages 8, 6, 5, 3, 3)!!! We have always (however inconsistently) limited or forbidden, lol, white flour, sugar, sugar subsitutes, caffiene, hydrogenated oils. I am just not sure about the supplements. I haven't read much of the book at all, but am reading it now. Any advice? Anyone need an accountability partner? |
