Hey,

I have been at thiis for 3 weeks. I have been getting good exercise and have lost 10 pounds. I started with the fall cleanse and then moved on to phase one. I am also taking Fuco thin. I was feeling great!  For the past few days I have been very weak and have trouble coping. I guess I need to know if I am detoxing or if I need to change my way of eating. Do I need more carbs? Hi, Kathie! First, congrats on the 10 lb. loss!!!! That's great! Now, this could be a result of "detoxing" or it could be you are simply not eating enough. Are you following the meal plans here on the web site? Are you sure you are getting enough protein? If you are consistently going below 1200 calories a day your body can end up going into "starvation" mode and that would leave you feeling weak and tired. You've completed 3 weeks so only about 1 more week till you can add some carbs according to the plan. You may want to try a Phase 2 meal plan for a day and see if that helps any with your energy level. So many factors can cause feelings of fatigue so it's hard to tell up front. Things like time of month, possibly a low iron level, things like that can affect your energly level greatly. Have you tried any of the PWA bars? Those have a higher level of carbs but are very healthy. It might give you an extra boost if you add one of those to your daily meal plan. Just a thought. I hope some of my suggestions will help and hopefully someone else will also jump in here with some ideas! Good luck!

Great job sticking to the plan. I hope by now you are feeling better. I know that if I don't get enough protein I start to feel tired and weak. I would try that first.

I am still sticking to the program. I changed 2 things. I added Vitamin Code vitamins. I had been using a different brand. I also have a little complex carbohydrate with most meals, like 1/2 cup of black beans or 1/2 cup sweet potato. I am actually pretty good with protein.I have not included any grains or sugar. Thanksgiving should be challenging tomorrow. Anyway, I feel great again. Thanks
