Are there any snacks after dinner or free food to snack on?

Minita,
My schedule is such that I often eat my dinner and THEN my afternoon snack. My husband works nights so I have to tailor my meals around his schedule. You could try doing that. ALSO, if you are hungry and want something to pick on in the evenings, it could be because you need to drink more water. I find if I am behind on my water come late afternoon, I can sometimes find myself wanting to snack after 7pm, which is really not good for so many reasons. Try more water and see if it can curb your cravings. If that still does not work, and sometimes it doesn't work for me, I end up eating a handful of celery sticks - they don't have a ton of calories, and you will burn most of what they have just in the act of chewing the celery! I hope this can help you out.............keep up the good work!

A great thing I like to eat after dinner is a cup of tea with a little bit of honey and a slice of lemon.  This seems to take care of the cravings I have after dinner.  (which are mostly mental, I think.)

I also just drink something that makes me feel good if I get hungry in the evening.
