Perfect Meal makes me super gassy because I have trouble with lactose.  Anybody using Goatein with sucess??

Update: Ordered the Goatein and am having success with not getting gassy and bloated like with Perfect Meal. It takes a few days to get used to the taste and texture of the powder, but this morning I really enjoyed my blueberry smoothie!
