I really want to get into exercising with kettle bells. Where can I find an afordable bell with an instructional dvd ?

Hi Jasmin. I don't know if you are close to a Target store or not but they have them there for $23 for 10 pound ones and they come with a workout video. I think that would be the most affordable that I have found. Good Luck. I have heard only good things about them. I plan to get some for this winter when I am stuck inside. I'm sure if you aren't close you could go to www.target.com and order them.
