I am on day 3 of of PWA and it's been easy at home...but now I'm venturing out into the real world for dinner on Friday. My question is, if you can cheat, but can't eat the dirty dozen what constitutes cheating? Just wanted some advice, suggestions for eating out without going crazy. I know it will be hard to sit at a restaurant and watch people eat all the "no no's."
Is cheating eating something on the 4-8 week plan when you are only on the 1-4 week plan?
