I am in Phase 1 and My Meal Planner is allowing me to snack on Peanut Butter FucoPROTEIN Bars.  I read in the book to eliminate peanuts and peanut butter in the first Phase?  There are several recipes on your site that call for Mayonnaise, do you have any brand suggestions?  Most have sugar and soy oil

I'm just getting started with PWA although I'm not new to the Maker's Diet, so I won't comment on your first concern.  As for the mayo, try looking for Veganaise at your local natural food store if you are close to one.  It's made with grape seed oil which is supposed to be pretty good for you.  It doesn't containg any soy or animal products.  I think it's great.

Hi Patti,
The best mayo is Spectrum brand omega-3 mayo. Jordan recommends it over all others.
