I'm reading Perfect Weight right now and plan on starting the diet Monday, March 17th.  I have some questions and I can not figure out how to contact my Health coach or any person to help me with questions.  I have been a vegitarian for over 20 years, and really need to clean my diet up.  I don't know if I can substitute tofu/tempeh and other protein subsitutes for the recipes with meat.  This diet does not appear to be vegitarian friendly and I am getting frustrated.  Can someone help me?

I believe that in the book it recomends not to eat tofu. I'm not sure what else you can substitute for meat. A good way to get protein is from the Goatein powder though. As far as the "personal" health coach goes, I'm not quite sure either. I think maybe we just have access to them through the forums. Maybe we can both find out after this. Good luck with starting the diet!

I am also having trouble with the website.   I do not know how to get a coach or assistance.  I got as far as a username and answering the questions.  The screen with the menu comes up and then I am stuck from there.  Any suggestions?
