Hello Everyone,

THANK YOU FOR FUCOTHIN !!  I have tried EVERYTHING. FOR THE LONGEST TIME!!!

I began Fucothin August 18th.  I have been taking it daily since.  When I began I weighed close to 150.  I am now 134. My waist has gone down 2-1/2".  (and I am a total nonexercise type)

I count calores.  I eat organic.  I reduced sugar.  But I didn't exercise and I really could use some "toning" big time.

I want to lose about 10 more pounds.  Maybe I should begin some type of exercise program.

I cannot drink the PERFECT MEAL shakes because of chromium. Gives me terrible headaches.  Noticed the Fucothin looks different?  Used to be larger, darker in color?  Now they are slimmer in shape and red?  How come I wonder?

I do periodic cleanses, regularly.  I am  into healthy eating.  It began when I read a book about organic eating three years ago and discovered my sinus infections cleared, my chronic heartburn went away, my migraines lessened and a whole bunch of other things got better WITHOUT PRESCRIPTION DRUGS.  Now I do more holistic or homeopathic rememdies.

I posted somewhere - I'm a newbie - so this is a duplicate. I began FUCOthin on August 18, 2007. I weighed 150, I am at 134. I want to lose another 10 pounds.
FUCOthin WORKS for me !! (no exercise, sorry). Strictly reducing calories. I have always done periodic cleanses, eat organic, drink water.

I have lost over two inches in my waist. I love it. It was slow at first. I am just so happy about this.

Hi Barbara,

Congratulations on loosing that weight!!!  I think that's a terrific start!  (I hope I loose that much, too.  I just started the fucothin.)  It sounds like you've got a great heatlh program going, that just needs exercise to make it perfect.

I think you need an exercise program that you'd enjoy.  Do you like to walk?  Years ago (before kids) there 2 women who liked to walk where I worked.  We used to eat lunch while we continued to work at our desks, then walk 3 miles during our lunch break, every day that we could.  It was so nice to have friends to walk with - you could visit the whole time, and the time just flew by!  Didn't feel like exercise.  Another possibility (I've never tried this) is to join a Curves.  I've known women who tried Curves and they really liked it.  Another place where I worked was near a health-club that had a pool.  I used to swim 1/2 mile before work, 2 or 3 days a week.

I'm a stay-at-home, homeschool mom now, but we have 2 dogs, and they make *sure* that I take them for either a walk or a run every day.

Once you get started exercising, you'll find that you really miss it if you can't exercise for some reason.  Your body, and your mind, get used to it.  Just make sure to drink plenty of water afterwards.  (I don't recommend drinking a lot of water before walking...unless there's a bathroom on your route :)

I hope you find something that works for you!

Blessings,

-Catherine

Getting ready to start the program on Monday. I have thyroid trouble and take synthroid. Can I still take fucothin? There are so many products that they tell you not to take. My thyroid was barely functioning when we found out what was wrong with me. I was very emotional and extremely hard to live with. I don't want to put my wonderful husband thru that again. Any advice would be appreciatedl. Thanks sandj

I've been taking Fucothin for about two months now and I'm starting to see a difference around my middle. It's slight, for now, but still noticable. I hope to be able to post new pictures as I reach certain weight loss goals.

I began taking Fucothin in August and am still taking it. Around the holidays I took a "break" from dieting. I have lost over 15 lbs and 2inches in waist. I am still taking the fucothin but not really dieting or doing any exercising. I am down to 134 and when it warms up a bit I would like to start dieting again and see if I can lose more. Good luck to every one and it tends to be slow.

Hello Judy,
I have a multinodular goiter. Had an ultrasound and an upscan. Nothing else ! I probably should see another endo but, I take Fucothin and I've sent it to my daughter who has hashimoto's. There seem to be no problems.
I am going to look into some supportive measures for our thyroids thru homeopathic rememdies. For the expensive prescriptions my daughter takes isn't doing a thing.
It actually does nothing for the thyroid other than maybe the iodine is helpful? Actually, there was no change for me. But I did lose weight where before I could not. Good luck.

I have been taking Fucothin since October. I started out with one three times a day. I didn't know I could take more until I got the new PWA book. I have read all the other books he has written. I did not sign up on this website until Jan but had already lost a lot of weight between October and January. As of March 1 I have lost 25 pounds and gone down 2 sizes! I started out at 176.4 and I now weigh 151.4. I am in a size 8 jeans and have been fitting in size 8 dresses. I think it was in Dec. that I started taking the advanced amount of the Fucothin. I never had any problems with it. I eat one or two of the bars a day, also. Usually just one. I eat one of the Apple Cinn. bars for breakfast most mornings. I have lost the weight very evenly. I am on week 17 now. I am thrilled with the Fucothin. I do have thyroid issues but it doesn't seem to be bothered by it. my page is www.perfectweightamerica.com/angelmom1128

I have been taking Fucothin for 11/2 weeks. I hope I see results in my weight soon. I am going through the change of life. And it seem like it gets harder the older I get. I have been afraid to take diet pills. I didn't want to damage my heart or liver. Then when Jordon talk about the fucothin and it was made of seaweed. I thought I would try it. I hope I get the results you have got with the Fucothin.    Halfpint59

Denise, I lost about 5.5 inches last week, it has been about a month since I ramped up the fucothin. I was only taking 1 3xday but I do 3 3xday now. I am not sure if that is why I lost so many inches this week or not. I am also going thru that "change" thing. I have been worried about weight gain because I am on hormones until I have my hysterectomy later this month, and they tend to make you gain weight. The fact that I have lost any inches and weight is almost amazing to me right now. I can only hope that it is the fucothin doing its thing! I am just glad to be losing weight slowly. It seems every time it flies off, it flies back on.........LOL. Good luck to you!

Okay, here's my report. I'm on bottle 5 of the fucothin. I think it was about 4 months ago that I started it, taking the 3 pills a day. Last month, I cleansed with the chicken soup and perfect cleanse products (simultaniously) and starting taking 9 Fucothin daily, and have lost about 15 pounds, and lots of inches. My energy has increased by leaps and bounds, actually from the very first day I started the fucothin. Psychological? I don't think so. I was really doubting. But I was also not taking an "accidental nap" when I got home from work each day (that's the nap where your head bobs around while watching the 5:00 news :>)

I had been a 90% "good food" eater for about 25 years, anyway, but after reading the book I am convinced that the Maker's Diet and PWA are really the way God meant for us to take care of our perfect bodies. After the cleanse (which I had a minimal headache the first day only), I feel great. The areas that I normally held a lot of water and was puffy (wrists, ankles, chin) immediately lost the water and it has stayed gone since then. I am absolutely amazed. My blood pressure is way lower (the nurse asked if my blood pressure was always low, then did a double-take when looking at my chart and seeing the high pressure listed from my last visit). I slept better the first few weeks after the cleanse, but am starting to wake up in the night again (stress, probably). I am doing pilates instead of other workouts, and recently got a treadmill (with my messed up shoulder and neck and knees I am "afraid" to get hurt) and the inches just keep burning off. My burning belly fat (fucothin's claim) has truly restructured my frame, and while there is still a ways to go with that, I am noticibly a different shape and am excited to keep on track and be back to my normal size.

Thank God for Jordan Rubin!! I am so excited and feel like a walking advertisement for him, his products, and particularly the Maker's Diet and PWA books. Quite a few people have listened to me rave about it and have started the program and/or done the cleanse. Spread the news, people! God is working in America!

Is Fucothin, something that should be taken forever like the LivingMulti?

Thanks,
Allison

I see that a lady named Kendra had the same question as I had, until I read the book. A lot of information is in the book. She'd asked whether you can do the cleanse at the same time as taking FucoTHIN. Actually, taking FucoTHIN is to be taken during a 10 day cleanse, which I hope to start soon. So much to learn as we amend our lives. I still have a lot to learn. I started taking FucoTHIN on 2/26, meaning that I'm now in my 4th week. I felt a change (my tummy gurgling) when I took the first one, and have lost inches but no weight so far. As has already been stated here, it's to take 5-6 weeks to start working. I take 3 a day, with 8 oz of water as instructed.

Julie (40 something), I am 40 something too! I am currently on the cleanse -Day 7. I felt terrible the first 5 days of the cleanse and experienced flu like symptoms, fatigue, stomache issues, diarreha, etc. I'm not on fucothin since I am not doing this to loose weight. I have been experiencing other hormonal issues, etc. It wasn't until yesterday that I started feeling so much better. The flu like symptoms are almost over, LOTS more energy, stomache issues just about gone and I finally had my first good nights sleep without waking in over a year. But, I still have the diarreha. I just read in another post to cut back on step 3 of the cleanse to 2 pills and if that doesn't work to cut back to 1. So, I'm going to try that and see if it works.

Hey Lizla,
I hear you on the hormone issues.......yikes! (Forty something here too!!) I think you will find you will be feeling much better now. I used to have tons of problems with loose stool for years, until I started cleansing and subsequently eating for better health. I do know the more times you do the cleanse the easier it seems to be each time, because when you start, you are getting rid of huge amounts of toxins in your system. If you maintain healthy eating, you will have less and less over time. Are you taking a probiotic? We use the primal defense here, and we also take the omega-zyme to help digestion too. They are expensive to do, but if you can do them they help alot. In Jordan's book, he recommends them and takes them both every day as well as a living multi vitamin and the perfect food. We eliminated so much junk food from our daily diet, the bought lunches, and all the trips to the coffee shop that it created the extra money to afford the supplements. I did read that note about the step 3 of the cleanse in the little book that comes in the cleanse kit with the CD, and that did help me a lot too, so I hope it helps you!
To your improving health!

Two weeks ago. I gained about 6 or 7 lbs. It was around Easter. I went out to eat with a friend.  And on last Friday went I weighed in at work. I lost 8.4 lbs. I eat alot of salads and kefir. I'll be glad when I quit going back in forth.  I think I have been on fucothin for about a month or so. If anybody that is just starting to take fucothin don't give up it will start coming off. But I am wondering, will we have to take the fucothin the rest of are life to keep the weight off? I don't mind taking it. But pray that it won't hurt us. If you take it for a long time. Denise
