Should I cleanse before I start Phase I. It doesn't say in the book or I may have over looked it. If it doesn't matter, should I stop Phase I on July 5th and start the cleanse. This is kind of confusing to me.

Hi Fay,
Welcome!! When you login it should give you the option if you want to do the cleanse first or not. I would highly recommend it. It gets you off to a good start and walks you through it day by day. It lasts for 10 days or however long you feel comforable doing it. If you feel you are detoxing too fast you can stop after a few days if you like. July 5th we all will be doing the summer cleanse. At least I will. I started in January and so I did the winter cleanse first. It was mostly chicken soup which was really good. It goes by your zip code and so since I live in Nebraska chicken soup it was. but I am really looking forward to the summer cleanse because it is fruit and salads and lots of water. I plan to lose some more weight while I am on that. It's pretty simple. My homepage is www.perfectweightamerica.com/newstart65 Feel free to login for a visit. Again welcome to our group.
