I noticed that most of the breakfastes include eggs and as someone who has only had a boiled egg since the age of 7 I am having a hard time with breakfast ideas. Does anyone know of any alternatives?

Thanks

Hey Doris! Welcome!! I like eating eggs, but often I don't have time to cook in the morning. My other favorite breakfast is to have yogurt with some kind of fruit that is fresh at the market. My menu calls for pineapple this week, but the melons were outstanding so I got that instead. (And it was n sale this week!) Hope that helps you out.........best of luck!

Thanks Robin. Yeah that helps I guess this way of eating is going to stretch me as my friends would describe me as a picky eater. I guess I will have to try things I haven't tried before or tried as a kid and decided I didn't like them.

I have found that my taste has changed in what I like and don't like, and I have been pleasantly surprised that I am eating more things I may not have in the past. Just remember what things are ok to do when you are making things to eat. I was recently visiting a friend who HATES vegetables with a passion. Before I left I had her learning more about greens (she likes some of them), and I told her a couple ways to cook them, as well as the adding of things like sesame seeds to ramp up their nutritional value. I love to cook, so I am really enjoying experimenting with things and coming up with new meals and I hope you do too!

Thanks for the encourangement Robin!!! I have been watching Food Network alot and looking at the recipes they use to try and figure out a way to make them a meal I could eat within the PWA guidelines. Can't wait for the cleanse to be over so that I can try some.

Good job Fay! I love to do that myself! I really do love to cook, and I am always trying new things. How much longer on the cleanse?????
