I am blessed to have a very good rebounder.  Dusted it off last week when I began PWA and have really enjoyed using it as part of my program.  I usually use the rebounder first and have noticed that about 15 minutes into my program (trying to follow the example on the site's video) that I am getting very noticed burning in my calf muscles.  Is this something I should just push through?  I am also doing eclipticle machine and my functional fitness from Maker's Diet.

Rebounding does give your calves a great workout! As with any new exercise, you will need to condition & strengthen your muscles to build up strength & endurance. Just be sure to stretch your calves when you're finished. This will help immensely.

I have a rebounder and it really is a great way to get some good exercise and it's not hard on the joints...

Yes it does burn whenever you use it at first, but thats a good thing (It means it's working)... Keep it up...
