One Good Tip for Traveling and FIT:
While traveling alot for my job; I always request a room on the top floor near the stairs of the hotel. I have found that the best interval workout you can get is going up and down the stairs. You can walk or run. If it is a 7-10 floor hotel; I run up and down the stairs 5 times and that completes a great 20-30 minute interal workout! (better than the work out rooms!)
