I was wondering if anyone could give me any suggestions on how to plan my eating better?? i work 2 jobs- one from 8-3pm then from 4- 11pm- so im getting home late and im usually still hungry when i get home. Also becasue my second job is bartending/ waitressing i don't usually get the chance to eat "dinner" at a decent time - so then at the end of the night im picking on whatever is around!! if anyone has any kind of idea how toget around the odd hours of being at work and not being able to eat properly i would really appreciate it!!
